Maribeth Slevin, born in Bronx, New York is of counsel to the firm specializing in the field of medical malpractice defense. Throughout her career, Ms. Slevin has represented numerous hospitals, physicians, dentists, chiropractors, social service agencies, therapists and nursing homes. She has also represented physicians and dentists in disciplinary actions before the Department of Health and the New York State Office of Professional Misconduct (OPMC).

Ms. Slevin has extensive experience in various healthcare- related issues, including quality assurance and regulatory matters. She has been an invited speaker for IPRO, the designated peer review agency for the State of New York and she frequently lectures to physicians and healthcare professionals about topics related to risk management and loss control.

She is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Prior to beginning her legal career, Ms. Slevin was a registered nurse with experience in critical care and emergency medicine.
