Brian M. Sher, born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, is an associate attorney specializing in professional and corporate insurance coverage matters, particularly in the areas of employment and school law. Mr. Sher represents insurers in coverage litigation matters as well as insurance coverage matters relative to the areas of fiduciary liability, corporate officer liability, and employment/civil rights liability. He also represents insureds in litigation in the areas of employment and school law.

Mr. Sher is a magna cum laude graduate of Yeshiva University and a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Mr. Sher is admitted to practice in the State of New York (2003) and the State of New Jersey (2002) as well as before the Eastern and Southern U.S. District Courts of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Sher is fluent in Russian.
