Matthew Schiffhauer is an associate with the firm concentrating in directors and officers liability and insurance coverage defense. His practice also includes employment litigation.

While in law school, Mr. Schiffhauer served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Sandra J. Feuerstein, United States District Judge, and the Honorable A. Kathleen Tomlinson, United States Magistrate Judge, both for the Eastern District of New York. His Note, Uncertainty at the Outer Boundaries of the First Amendment: Extending the Arm of School Authority Beyond the Schoolhouse Gate Into Cyberspace, is scheduled for publication in the St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary.
