Nicholas is an associate attorney who litigates in the areas
of employment practices liability, including discrimination,
harassment, retaliation and wage and hour class actions. In
addition, he also represents insurance carriers in coverage
litigation and product manufacturers in toxic tort matters.
Nicholas has litigated hundreds of cases in California state
and federal courts, as well as numerous arbitrations. In
addition, Nicholas has extensive appellate experience and has
presented arguments before the California Court of Appeals and
the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
While at Southwestern Law School Nicholas clerked at the Legal
Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and Neighborhood Legal Services.
He was also a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program and
semi-finalist in the National Trial Competition.
