Joshua is a partner working in the firm’s Insurance Coverage group. He primarily focuses his coverage work on Management & Professional Liability involving Financial Institutions, particularly Private Equity Firms; and also includes the areas of public and private Directors & Officers Liability, E&O, Fiduciary Liability and Fintech. He represents international and domestic insurers in all aspects of the claims handling process, including assessing coverage issues and monitoring claims, as well as coverage litigation.
While in law school, Joshua was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review and he served as a summer intern for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s Legal Services Office in New York.
