Andrew is a partner concentrating in the areas of Directors and Officers Liability, E&O and Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Cyber Liability and Tech E&O, Financial Instructions Liability, and ERISA and Fiduciary Liability. He represents domestic and international insurance companies in complex insurance coverage matters and coverage litigation, including matters involving: securities class actions and derivative actions; antitrust class actions; governmental investigations and civil actions; employment actions involving race, gender, and wage and hour class action suits; and a variety of commercial disputes involving both public and private companies. Andrew also has worked extensively in representing insurers and underwriters in the drafting of insurance policies and endorsements. He also defends individuals and companies in professional liability and commercial litigation.
Andrew has been named one of the top-rated Insurance Coverage attorneys by Super Lawyers magazine and he has been selected to the New York Metropolitan Rising Stars list for the years 2014-2018 and the Super Lawyers New York Metropolitan list for 2022 and 2023.
