John is an associate whose practice focuses on the defense of premises liability, medical malpractice, professional liability and employment practices liability matters in state and federal court. John’s practice includes defending claims against the hotel and hospitality industry throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also defends engineers, accountants, home inspectors and other professionals against a range of liability claims. He has published articles on professional liability issues in New Jersey and throughout the country.

 

Prior to joining KBR, John served as the law clerk to The Honorable Robert J. Mellon of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas.
