Rebecca is a partner in the Westchester office and focuses her practice on litigation with the firm’s Construction and Labor Law, General Liability, Premises Liability, Product Liability and Trucking and Transportation groups. Rebecca’s clients include building owners and managers, construction contractors, hotels and business owners. Rebecca also handles coverage litigation and opinions and other insurance litigation-related matters. She has extensive experience in high-exposure construction and premises liability matters, often involving catastrophic injuries and complex insurance and labor law issues. In addition, Rebecca lectures insurers and business owners on legal issues and has written extensively on related topics.
Rebecca has participated as a coach for the Thurgood Marshall Junior Mock Trial Program since 2004.
