Jessica is senior litigation counsel focusing on the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, long-term care facilities and other healthcare entities in Medical Malpractice litigation. Jessica has successfully handled all aspects of the defense from inception through case resolution. She has successfully represented long-term care facilities in complex hearings before state agencies.
Prior to joining KBR, Jessica also focused her practice on defending large hospitals and private medical groups. Jessica has lectured on issues concerning medical malpractice and long-term care claims, including staffing, bad faith claims and assessing damages. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch 2022-2024 editions for Medical Malpractice and Health Care Law.
