Paul is a member of the firm's Corporate and Healthcare Law practice groups. He handles a broad spectrum of health care matters including transactional, compliance, contractual, corporate, regulatory, governance and health care information technology issues.

 

Paul has extensive experience representing health care entities in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and other transactions, as well as insurance regulatory, Medicare, managed care and reinsurance issues. He represents a wide range of health care entities such as medical practices, hospitals, third-party administrators, health care information technology companies, managed care companies, pharmaceutical companies and others in connection with corporate and health care issues. He also has extensive experience advising clients in the areas of healthcare information technology, telemedicine and telehealth issues.

 

Prior to joining KBR Paul spent four years as Associate General Counsel at the largest managed care company in the United States. He also spent four years as General Counsel to the largest telemedicine company in the nation. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his A.B., cum laude, from Haverford College.
