Patrick is a partner who represents international and domestic insurers in coverage matters involving Directors and Officers Liability, Cyber Liability and Tech E&O, Financial Institutions (including banking, private equity, investment advisers and other alternative asset managers), ERISA and Fiduciary Liability, Errors & Omissions and Professional Liability, and Employment Practices and Wage and Hour Liability. Patrick serves as coverage and monitoring counsel for primary and excess insurers in connection with a wide range of underlying claims, including litigation against financial institutions, governmental/regulatory investigations, shareholder class action and derivative litigation, and claims involving professional services. In addition, Patrick represents insurers in coverage litigation in a variety of commercial disputes involving both public and private companies, and represents insurers in arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings to negotiate the resolution of coverage disputes and underlying claims. Patrick also regularly presents on trends and recent developments in the various fields in which he practices.
