Megan is a senior litigator whose practice focuses on Litigation, Insurance (Defense and Coverage) in the areas of Professional Liability (including Medical Malpractice), Employment, Commercial, Product Liability, Skilled Nursing and Aging Services, and General Negligence matters.

Megan also has extensive experience in aviation litigation and transactional matters, including representing purchasers and sellers of aircraft in the buying, selling, financing, and registration of air carrier, business, and personal aircraft of all sizes, including creating and registering aircraft holding entities; leasing arrangements; Part 91 and 135 ownership structures and regulatory compliance issues; minimization of sales and use tax; fractional ownership programs; negotiation of management and charter agreements on both national and international bases, and hangar/tie-down leases and subleases on behalf of operators, aircraft owners, and fixed base operators; as well as representation of individual pilots and businesses (aviation and non-aviation) in administrative proceedings, including emergency certificate revocations, proposed certificate actions, and proposed civil penalties. She has also represented fixed base operators in airport operator versus tenant disputes and in the negotiation of airport ground leases.
