Christine Heenan is a partner of the firm and focuses her practice on Insurance Coverage, particularly in the areas of Employment Practices and Wage & Hour Liability, Professional Liability, Cyber Liability and Directors & Officers Liability.
She represents domestic and foreign insurers in the monitoring of complex claims, including nationwide class and collective actions, and represents insurers in domestic and international coverage arbitrations, litigations, and mediations. She works closely with insurer clients to develop cost-effective strategies for resolution of claims across many areas of substantive law.
Christine advises insurers regarding liabilities and exposures relevant to different industries and provides underwriting considerations relevant to insuring those liabilities. She also counsels insurers on policy wording and has extensive experience drafting policies and endorsements. Christine also provides lectures to clients on important legal developments.
