Daniel is an associate focusing on the fields of professional liability, general liability, premises liability, commercial liabillity, and insurance coverage. Daniel handles all aspects of litigation as defense counsel, and also monitors professional and commercial claims for insurers.


During law school, Daniel was Senior Notes & Comments Editor of the St. John’s Journal of International and Comparative Law. He also served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Allison J. Nathan of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.
