Daniel is a partner focusing on the fields of Professional Liability, General Liability, Premises Liability, Commercial Liability, and Insurance Coverage. Daniel handles all aspects of litigation as defense counsel and also monitors professional and commercial claims for insurers.
During law school, Daniel was Senior Notes & Comments Editor of the St. John’s Journal of International and Comparative Law. He also served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Allison J. Nathan of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.
Daniel has been recognized by the Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch 2023 and 2024 editions for Labor and Employment Litigation.
