Keenan, United States Judge for the Southern District of New York, and was also a research assistant for Prof. Joseph Marino, drafting chapters for his text covering the New York C.P.L.R. Between college and law school, Ms. O’Rourke worked as a trading assistant on the trading floor of Graham Capital Management, a hedge fund with over $5 billion in assets under management.
