Andrew Oldis, is an associate with the firm concentrating in Directors & Officers Liability and has represented clients in cases dealing with a variety of issues including backdated options, sub prime mortgages, and race, gender, and wage and hour class action suits.

While at Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Oldis received numerous awards including the Judge Doris A. Thompson and Judge Edward Thompson Award for Excellence in Professional Skills (outstanding representation of a client in the securities arbitration clinic) and the Joel M. Leifer Memorial Fellowship (excellence in securities law courses and high potential for success in the practice of law).

Mr. Oldis also served as a summer intern for The Honorable Henry Pitman, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York.
