Keith L. Kaplan born in Flushing, New York, is an associate attorney specializing in the defense of long-term care facilities, hospitals and dentists in negligence and malpractice matters.

Mr. Kaplan received a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as an Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University, where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.

He is admitted to practice in the State of New York (1997) and Connecticut (1996), as well as before the Eastern and Southern U.S. District Courts of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
