Rachel Jacobson, born in Long Island, New York, is an associate focusing on employment litigation and insurance coverage matters and related litigation.

Ms. Jacobson is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Industrial & Labor Relations and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

While attending Cardozo, Ms. Jacobson was a Notes and Comments Editor of the Cardozo Journal of International & Comparative Law, and a teaching assistant for the first year legal writing and research program. Ms. Jacobson also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York, and as a legal intern in the New York City Law Department, Office of Corporation Counsel’s Labor & Employment Division.
