KBR’s Healthcare Group works closely with the Employment Practices Group, which represents and counsels employers in all types of employment-related issues and disputes. Much of our work in the employment area for healthcare clients involves loss prevention, including internal investigations, employee and management training and development of state-of-the-art employment practices, policies and procedures. The firm enjoys notable success in all variations of alternative dispute resolution.

KBR also often gets involved in healthcare issues, given the focus today on the responsibility of boards. This includes not only defending corporate directors and officers in all types of liability claims but providing risk management services and counseling designed to minimize liability for board decisions and executive conduct.
