Eileen R. Fullerton, born in Nyack, New York, is an associate attorney specializing in general liability, construction liability, security liability, and premises liability. Ms. Fullerton represents insureds in litigation in the areas of personal injury litigation.

Ms. Fullerton is a graduate of Morehead State University and a graduate of Pace University of Law. After earning her law degree in May 2001, she worked for the New York City Law Department, Bronx Tort Division. As an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, Ms. Fullerton handled all aspects of personal injury defense litigation, including trials in Supreme Court, Bronx County. Ms. Fullerton has worked as a defense litigator in personal injury litigation for five years, prior to becoming an associate with KB&R.

She is admitted to practice in the State of New York (2002) and the Connecticut (2002) as well as before the Eastern and Southern U.S. District Courts of New York.
