Belinda
Dodds-Marshall,
born in Boston, Massachusetts is an Associate specializing in
Medical Malpractice Defense litigation has extensive
experience representing physicians and dentists, medical
groups and hospitals, and nursing home and long term care
facilities in the areas of malpractice and negligence. She
completed her undergraduate education at the College of New
Rochelle, where she graduated with honors.
After
being a Federal Junior Fellowship Recipient and several years of
employment in the public sector with the United States Coast
Guard and the New City Health Department, she received her J.D.
from the City University of New York School of Law at Queens
College where she was a Child Welfare Fund fellowship recipient
and completed an internship in Health Law in the Litigation
Bureau of the New York Attorney General’s Office. Prior to
entering private practice Ms. Dodds-Marshall served as an
in-house litigation attorney for a major insurance carrier. Ms.
Dodds-Marshall has also lectured on areas of risk management and
dental liability.
