Kelly Castriotta, born in Queens, New York, is an Associate with the Firm concentrating in employment practices liability, insurance coverage, and appellate litigation.

Ms. Castriotta holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy and Masters of Arts in Philosophy from Boston College. She graduated from Suffolk University Law School where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of High Technology Law and as a student attorney for both the Juvenile Justice and Domestic Violence clinics. In 2006, Ms. Castriotta was awarded the Paul McLaughlin Fellowship for her commitment to public service lawyering.

Prior to joining Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP, Ms. Castriotta served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Eugene H. Austin of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. She has interned at several law firms in northern New Jersey, as well as at the Department of Justice and the Federal Public Defenders offices in Boston, Massachusetts.
