Lee E. Berger, born in Yonkers, New York is a Phi Beta Kappa and a magna cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and of Buffalo Law School.

Since 1983, he has practiced law in the area of insurance law and insurance litigation. Mr. Berger has expertise in the areas of Agents & Brokers Liability, General Liability and Premises Liability, Dram Shop Liability, Reinsurance, Directors & Officers Liability, Insurance Company Errors and Omissions, Municipal Liability and Miscellaneous Professional Liability. He has extensive experience as insurance coverage counsel and also has defended domestic and international insurance brokerage firms and insurance companies in complex litigation matters.

Mr. Berger has also represented numerous landlords and restaurants in General Liability and Dram Shop cases.

He has lectured for the National Academy of Insurance Brokers and the Academy of Insurance Education. Mr. Berger also has represented professionals in the telecommunications industry and has lectured to trade groups in the field.

Mr. Berger is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of New York.
