Michael P. Mezzacappa, born in Staten Island, New York, is a Partner/Trial Attorney who has counseled and represented numerous corporations and clients including manufacturers of various products, lawyers, construction companies, trucking companies, health clubs, security companies, landlords, foster care agencies, municipalities, nurses, physicians, nursing homes and physical therapists.  Mr. Mezzacappa has successfully tried many high-exposure cases.

Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Mezzacappa was a named attorney in a firm representing the insureds of Frontier Insurance Company.

Mr. Mezzacappa has lectured at the Construction Work Site and Accident Litigation Seminar in the Fall of 2003 for the New York State Bar Association.  His outline is published in the corresponding course book.  He also was a contributing author to theConstruction Site Personal Injury Litigation, New York Labor Law sections 200, 240(1) and 241(6)text published in 2006 by the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Mezzacappa is a member of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association and the Products Liability Committee of the New York State Bar Association. He also is a member of the Bar Associations of the State of New Jersey and of the District of Columbia.

Mr. Mezzacappa is a 1985 cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton, a member of the Psychology National Honor Society and a 1988 graduate of St. John’s Law School.
