Christopher DiGiacinto, born in Yonkers, New York, is a partner with the firm whose practice areas include: medical malpractice, nursing home liability, general liability, and product liability. Mr. DiGiacinto represents hospitals, physicians, psychologists, dentists, chiropractors, nurses, nursing homes and a variety of other health care professionals in civil litigation matters in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. Mr. DiGiacinto has also defended health care professionals involved in class action litigation. Mr. DiGiacinto has litigated the defense of several high exposure health care claims through trial to verdict. In addition, he represents health care professionals in disciplinary actions before the New York State Department of Health. Mr. DiGiacinto has also lectured extensively on topics concerning the litigation of complex medical malpractice claims at Pace University where he serves as an instructor for the paralegal certificate course.
