Barbara Costello is an associate specializing in the areas of directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, ERISA/fiduciary liability, and insurance coverage litigation. Her practice also includes the drafting of insurance policies and the representation of insurers in coverage matters.

Prior to entering into private practice she worked at a major international insurance company advising underwriters on insurance regulatory issues and emerging exposures, as well as assisted in the development of new insurance products.

While attending New York Law School, Ms. Costello was named a Dean’s Merit Scholar and was awarded a Nathan Burkan Memorial Award by the American Society of Composers and Publishers (ASCAP) for her paper Copyright and Right of Publicity Issues Involved in Digital Reanimation.
