Paul Colucci, born in Buffalo, New York, is a Partner who represents health care providers in virtually all medical specialty fields as well as many hospitals in the New York metropolitan area and its suburban counties. He has been practicing professional liability defense in New York since 1996. Over the course of his career, Mr. Colucci has tried many cases to verdict, including numerous cases of multimillion-dollar exposure.

Mr. Colucci has published on the role of the hospitalist and its impact on risk reduction strategies in The New York State Bar Association Health Law Journal - Winter 2008, Vol. 13, No.1, and The Professional Liability Underwriting Society Journal - May 2008, Vol. XXI, No. 5. Mr. Colucci has been an invited speaker on this topic at educational programs and risk management seminars sponsored by Medical Liability Mutual Insurance Company.

Mr. Colucci is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as before the United States District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Colucci is a 1991 graduate of St. Lawrence University and a 1995 graduate of Albany Law School.
